I’d be curious to see your suggestions for the many “questions and boundary-tests” that help assess “likes and dislikes / motivates me / suffocates my morale and creativity/ tolerate ethically.”

You suggest some: diversity, climate of constant learning, and hustling mentality.
Others could be “better fail than not move” vs “measure twice, cut once”, “lay low, do work” vs. “speak up and optimize processes.”
